In the summer of 2025, I spent four weeks at a classical music festival called Spoleto in Charleston, South Carolina. I tasked myself with documenting a group of young musicians as people first, artists second. Gradually, this group of subjects expanded to include the stage managers, operations staff, conductors, assistants, anyone within 1000 feet of me and my Sony.​
